RETURN POLICY:

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 90 days old. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Returns over 30 days old are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain products are not intended for highway use and these products are sold for show, race or off-road use only.

If an item doesn't measure up or you wish to exchange an item no problem. Simply return the item in the original carton for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Returns over between 31 and 90 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please inform us of the problem or reason why for wanting to return the product 

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:

•Items that had to be special ordered by the vendor
•Custom made products
•Electrical Parts (If pluged in or unsealed fo any reason)
•Hazardous Materials
•Used, Damaged, Painted, Modified or item returned in condition where it cannot be re-sold

It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of all receipts and tracking information for your prepaid return.  NOPI is not responsible for the loss of returned shipments.
