FLT-TAR

The JIC FLT-TAR is the flagship coilover system. All FLT-TAR coilovers are designed on US-spec vehicles for US streets, fitment and performance is unmatched. Included in the kits are pillow ball upper mounts with adjustable camber plates. For flexibility, the dampers have 15-way compression and rebound adjustability. The spring rates are of the linear-rate type with independent ride height adjustable lower brackets. This allows adjustment without compromising damper compression or rebound travel. Based off of racing technology, the FLT-TAR is a street performance suspension, customizable for full time track use. NOTE: some applications may come with a rubber bushing upper mount. A Pillow Ball upper mount may be substituted for additional cost and with no warranty. Please contact us for applications and details.

FLT-TAR RS Custom Set Up

Custom tuned suspension for the masses! Our FLT-TAR RS starts with our FLT-TAR coilovers. We work with the racer to custom tune the coilovers to the individual's needs. We choose custom springs and dampers suited to each track or driving style. When necessary, helper springs are added to ensure the full stroke of the damper is utilized. Standard features are light weight 15 way adjustable monotube dampers that ensure high strength and fade free performance. The ride height is adjustable separate from the spring perch, giving you maximum suspension travel at any setting. This also allows for proper corner weighting of the vehicle without effecting spring preload settings. Linear springs give laser precision steering response. All models include upper pillow ball mounts. Most MacPherson strut designs utilize front camber plates and feature high tensile steel brackets. Multilink suspension designs feature CNC machined aluminum lower brackets.

FLT-TAR VIP

JIC introduces our new FLT-TAR VIP coilover suspension system. The FLT-TAR VIP has all the same features as the FLT-TAR but made for luxury vehicles. The FLT-TAR VIP is designed for a comfortable ride while still retaining the same handling performance and quality found in the FLT-TAR. It also allows the vehicle to have a very low drop along with larger diameter wheels without affecting the compression and rebound travel of the dampers. Rigorous testing of the dampers insures that comfort and handling qualities are met while giving the driver that very important VIP stance, improve handling, and gain that agressive look. NOTE: Some applications may come with a rubber bushing upper mount for comfort and ride quality. A Pillow Ball upper mount may be substituted for additional cost and with no warranty. FLT-FAS

The JIC FLT-FAS is a coilover suspension set up ideal for the enthusiast that will use the suspension on a daily basis and occasionally for the track. FLT-FAS features a 10 way adjustable damper. For strength, strut-type suspensions feature a wide shaft while multi-link type suspensions feature the smaller shaft damper.

FLT-FAS include front pillow ball upper mounts and front adjustable camber plates.

Also included are springs of the linear-type for laser precision handling and adjustable lower brackets for ride height adjustments that do not affect damper travel.

Front Upper Link suspension arms add negative camber for more aggressive turn in on the track. Does not fix uneven tire wear on lowered vehicles. High quality materials are used and measurements are notched for easier alignment. Comes in pairs. For race use only.

Hard Tie Rod

Designed to withstand the rigors of race use, the JIC Hard Tie Rods allow for tighter steering radius, greater oversteer, and improved steering angle. Excellent for drift setups. For race use only.

Pillow Tension Rod

The JIC Pillow Tension Rod improves steering response and handling under heavy acceleration/braking conditions. It allows for precise caster and wheel base adjustment. Comes with high quality spherical bearings. For race use only.

Rear Toe Control Arm

The JIC Rear Toe Control Arm corrects toe settings and adds toe adjustment range for lowered vehicles giving better toe adjustability than the factory adjuster. It is essential for automobiles that are lowered of have increased tire diameter. Reduces tire wear. Improves traction stability. Comes with high quality spherical bearings. For race use only.

Rear Traction Rod

The JIC Rear Traction Rod improves traction and is fully adjustable for your racing needs. It comes with high quality spherical bearings or hard race bushings. Prevents wheel hop for better traction and alignment changes. For race use only.

Rear Camber Adjustable Upper Arm and Lower Link

Essential for automobiles that are lowered or have increased wheel diameter. Corrects uneven tire wear or adds negative camber for aggressive driving.  Super Strong adjustable lateral links feature camber and toe adjustability, as well as pillow balls at each end to ensure accurate suspension geometry. For race use only.

Rear Trailing Arm

JIC Rear Trailing Arms are ideal to reduce excessive movement in the suspension. Reduces rear squat, inner edge tire wear, and increases traction. Super Strong trailing arms enhance traction and feature pillow balls to ensure accurate suspension geometry. Allows for slight wheelbase changes. For race use only.

Stabilizer Bar Adjuster

JIC stabilizer bar adjuster links increases sway bar rates in 10% increments up to a total of 30%. Allows for more precise sway bar adjustments. For race use only.

Lower Arm Bar 1

JIC Lower arm bar 1 and 2 eliminate flexing common in the low-mounted rear control arms improving stability and handling in all driving situations. It reduces body roll, chassis flex, and provides the driver with laser precision response under racing conditions. Made of durable aluminum or steer and put together with high quality welds, JIC lower arm bars will be able to widthstand extreme conditions.

JIC Lower arm bar 1 and 2 eliminate flexing common in the low-mounted rear control arms improving stability and handling in all driving situations.

STRUT TOWER BARS

Front and Rear Aluminum or Carbon Fiber Strut Tower Bar

Reduce chassis flex to improve steering response. JIC strut tower brace bar reduces the amount of flex in the car's chassis by tying the shock towers together enhancing rigidity and strength. Each carbon strut tower bar features real carbon fiber weave and clear coated for a show-quality look and with ridgid steel brackets coated with "orange peel" paint.

Spartan 505S Ti

JIC Spartan 505S Ti features our most popular style. An aggressive canister and smooth piping aid into giving your vehicle performance, a great exhaust tone, and weight savings. Each Spartan DE Type 1 Ti features a 60mm piping for smaller engines or naturally aspirated engines or a larger, full 80mm piping for larger displacement engines and turbo applications. As a unique trait to Titanium, the exhaust piping walls are a mere 1mm thick which help the exhaust tempratures disapate faster allowing cooling times to decrease. All Spartan exhaust systems include an inner silencer. As a unique design only to the Spartan Series, the canister has either a bolt on flange or a slip in type depending on vehicle application. Certain Spartan 505S applications also has a resonated option to keep the exhaust noise down. Spartan 505S exhaust systems comes with either an angled exit or straight exit canister. JIC is the originator of the full Titanium exhaust system.

Spartan 505S ST

JIC Spartan 505S ST (Semi-Titanium) features our most popular style. An aggressive canister and smooth piping aid into giving your vehicle performance, a great exhaust tone, and weight savings. The Spartan canister is made of full titanium for maximum weight savings and a titanium burnt exhaust tip. Each Spartan 505S ST features a 60mm piping for smaller engines or naturally aspirated engines or a larger, 76.3mm piping for larger displacement engines and turbo applications. All spartan exhaust systems include an inner silencer. As a unique design only to the Spartan Series, the canister has either a bolt on flange or a slip in type depending on vehicle application. Twin Spartan ST

The Twin Spartan ST (Semi-Titanium) Exhaust System offers high quality craftsmanship and sound in an all-inclusive package of performance and looks. With its aggressive look and free flowing piping, the Twin Spartan offers a system that is above the rest. Twin Spartan ST exhaust system come with either a 60mm piping or a full 76.3mm piping for larger displacement engines or turbo applications. Two ultra lightweight titanium canisters are included to maximize weight savings. All canisters include an inner silencer. Each Twin Spartan ST system comes with resonators to keep exhaust noises to a minimum. Twin Spartan ST systems share many features as the DE Type 1.

Spartan 505 Twin SUS

The Spartan 505 Twin(Stainless Steel) Exhaust System offers high quality craftsmanship and sound in an all-inclusive package of performance and looks. With its aggressive look and free flowing piping, the Twin Spartan offers a system that is above the rest. Spartan 505 Twin SUS exhaust system come with either a 60mm piping or a full 76.3mm piping for larger displacement engines or turbo applications. Two lightweight stainless steel canisters are included for weight savings. All canisters include an inner silencer. Each Spartan 505 Twin SUS system comes with resonators to keep exhaust noises to a minimum. Twin Spartan 505 Twin SUS systems share many features as the DE Type 1.
