Ti-C / Turbo Ti-C / Comp Ti-C

GReddy Racing Ti-C Cat-back Exhausts combine the design, looks and flow of our Full Racing Titanium systems with the durability, deep sound, value and large application list of our other Stainless Steel street systems. This fusion of aggressive styling and practical construction, makes this the logical choice for both Race and Street Enthusiasts. The systems are comprised of a Titanium heat-treated tip, polished stainless steel muffler, unpolished stainless steel piping. It improves high and mid-range performance while still allowing for suitable sound levels when used with the included tuned Tri-mounted Silencer*. *Most applications below 92db, with all under 94db. The large list of applications include 80mm piping for Turbo applications and 50-60-70mm for Normally Aspirated vehicles. (usually 60mm)

To compliment the GReddy Turbo Kit line, we also offer the Turbo Ti-C line.  Turbo Ti-C cat-back exhaust systems feature larger piping diameters for more flow then the standard normally aspirated Racing Ti-C applications.  (usually 70 or 80mm) 

And for full on competition use only, we now offer the "turbo-back" Comp Ti-C series.  These are full race turbo applications which include a large racing dowpipe to replace the factory catalytic converters at the race track.  The Comp Ti-C is for off-road use only. (usually 80mm)

FORCED INDUCTION

Bolt-on Turbo Kits

Leading the way in bolt-on turbo kits for normally-aspirated engines, GReddy turbo kits provide instant horsepower gains with less time and money while still having the potential for upgrading for even more power. Designed with turbochargers at the beginning end of their efficiency range, gives the buyer the option to increase power levels substantially, before having to ever upgrade the kit’s turbo. Unlike most turbo kits on the market today, our turbo kits are specifically designed for optimal response and performance while maintaining drivability, comfort and reliability. Since they are based on completely stock engines, these kits come with all the necessary basics, manifold, turbocharger, downpipe adapter, piping, hardware and heat-shields, in most kits, they even include pre-tuned fuel enrichment. A few of the kits are covered under CARB E.O. numbers, which make them 50-state street legal. If competition use is your goal, there are many GReddy upgrades (intercoolers, blow-off valves, fuel management and boost controllers) to boost the power output even further.

Tuner Turbo Kits

New for ’09 is the GReddy line of Tuner Turbo Kits.  These stage 2 turbo kits feature main ingredients for big horsepower, larger turbochargers, intercoolers and racing downpipes.  But they also keep cost down by leaving fuel upgrades up to the individual tuner, so depending on how extreme they want to go, the tuner has more options for tuning (Optional pre-programmed Ultimate kits will also be available for do it yourselfers.)  These Tuner Kits retain GReddy’s exceptional fitment, construction and quality, while supplying trick pieces like external wastegate dump-pipes  and a high-capacity cast oil pan for the HR-350Z twin TD06-20G kit.

Turbo Upgrade Kits

Vehicles that are already equipped with factory turbochargers have engines with large potential for power that cannot be fully obtained by using the original turbocharger(s). Big gains can be found by upgrading the exhaust, intake, blow-off valve and intercooler and adding more fuel and boost, but by also replacing the stock turbocharger with a properly sized GReddy turbo upgrade kit, you can experience new levels of power. Kits are available for most popular Japanese turbo vehicles, and for many, we offer a selection of kits with various sizes of turbos from mild upgrades to full-on race ready kits. Depending on application, kits will either bolt onto factory manifolds with integral wastegates or use hand-made SUS manifolds with external wastegates.

Supercharger Kits

GReddy Supercharger Kits are complete bolt-on systems. Like our popular turbo kits, the two main keys, which set our kits apart, are proper compressor sizing at a reasonable boost pressure and reliable fuel enrichment though our pre-programmed emanage systems. Having access to various sizes of root-type Magna-Chargers, allows us more options to build force induction kits for vehicles where turbochargers would not be as ideal. By incorporating, an internal by-pass we minimize drag, while fuel tuning is optimized for smooth linear bolt-on power. Also included are the billet pulleys with tensioner, necessary brackets and hardware, as well as our high-flow precision cast aluminum intake manifolds. GReddy Superchargers are enhanced with the use of our GReddy stainless-steel headers and Airinx air intake systems.

Blow-Off Valves

GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to eliminate compressor surge and preventing premature boost leakage, while increasing boost response between shifts. Each valve is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and the three different sizes give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines. There are many factors in matching a blow-off valve to an application, valve location, turbocharger size and pressure, but as a general rule of thumb, we recommend the Type RS for 100-400hp, Type R for 260-450hp and the Stiff Spring Type R for over 400hp applications. Also available in easy to install kit form for many turbocharged vehicles.

Wastegates

One of the most important components in a well designed turbocharged engine set-up, is a properly sized wastegate. Too small of a wastegate can cause boost creep while too large of a wastegate will increase boost lag and decrease performance. Our GReddy external wastegates are made from the highest quality materials to insure both stability and durability in a turbocharger's boost control. Each unit is adjustable as well as rebuildable. Available in 4 sizes and various spring rates. From 0.8kg/cm2 (11psi) to 1.5kg/cm2 (21psi) and up.

Intercooler Kits

The addition of a GReddy intercooler is one of the best ways to safely increase horsepower in a turbocharged engine. By reducing the engine's inlet temperatures, a denser air charge will enter the engine; this can make more horsepower at the same boost level and even more power at higher boost levels. Even if there is a factory-installed intercooler, generally these stock units are not ideal even for factory boost levels. They are usually mounted in awkward locations and become very susceptible to heat saturation. They are not ideal for increased boost levels. Our vehicle specific kits include all the necessary mounts, aluminum piping, hoses, and clamps required to install the kit. All kits are designed with specific cores to provide an ideal concession of cooling and flow, with the added benefit of aggressive looks and style. This is achieved by finding an ideal position and configuration for a wide range of boost levels. Our engineers properly size the number of rows in the core and tune the internal core with either a free flowing V-spec. core, our new M-Spec. bar-and-plate core, or our R-Spec core with a different inner fin patterns . The V-spec and R-Spec cores are a lightweight air-to-air, tube and fin design with a highly efficient tube design, which allows smooth ambient flow for optimum heat dissipation and flow to engine cooling systems. Although only offered in very limited sizes, the M-Spec core is an economical compromise that has performance, which lies between the free flowing V-spec. and the extreme cooling potential of the R-Spec. cores. GReddy intercoolers kits offer a great balance of heat exchanging efficiency and flow. The ends of the cores are TIG-welded and capped off with our smooth flowing heavy-duty cast aluminum GReddy endtanks. Lightweight mandrel bent aluminum piping and/or cast aluminum elbows, complete with hose couplers, are used to route air charge smoothly to and from the intercooler.

Hard Piping Kits

GReddy hard piping kits do not include any intercoolers. They are support items to either change the soft factory hoses to hard pipes or high capacity replacements that allow for rerouting. Universal kits are available for custom making intercooler compression pipes.

Oil Cooler Kits

GReddy/GREX Oil Cooler Kits help prolong the life of your oil and in turn your internal engine components. Hard driving causes higher engine temperatures. GReddy/GREX oil coolers are an excellent addition, and are especially effective in harsh driving environments. By using a similar inner-fin core design as our famous intercoolers, we are able to increase oil capacity, decrease oil temperatures, and extend engine and oil life. Our systems also offer an internal (or external) thermostat (opening range 71-85 C) to allow for quick engine warm up. The efficient core and durable steel-braided lines ensure good flow and a leak free installation.

Oil Filter Relocation Kits

This kit allows you to relocate the factory oil filter for easy maintenance with a sporty look. Billet adapters allow for easy installation of gauge sensors, such as oil pressure and oil temperature. Also included are brackets, Earl's fittings and perform-O-flex hoses (use of of GReddy QX-01, QX-03, SX-01, SX-03 or 1985-87 Toyota Corolla GTS Oil filter required).

Oil Catch Tanks

GReddy Oil Catch Tanks collect the oil, moisture and blow-by gases that cause carbon and sludge build-up in the intake system and engine to keep them clean even under the hardest driving conditions. The Traditional (Sq.) model holds 500ml and can be mounted vertically or horizontally, while the high capacity 1000ml Lightweight (Oval) is better suited for vertical mounting.

Radiator Breather Tank

Spark Plugs

GReddy Spark Plugs are designed in cooler heat ranges to reduce heat and chances of pre-ignition. The reason it is so durable is the very fine, 0.6mm dia. Iridium electrode. Iridium Tune Spark Plugs are ideal for low to medium tuned engines, factory turbocharged engines or bolt on turbo kit equipped vehicles. PRO Iridium Plugs add a Platinum ground electrode ensure even longer life in even the most extreme driving conditions. The Pro Plugs are geared toward high horsepower, higher boost applications and extra long life.

* GReddy Spark Plugs use NGK heat range codes, so the larger the number the colder the heat range.

** ISO (International Standards Organization) - The ISO height for a spark plug from the seat to the top of the terminal nut is 50.5mm

PRO Camshafts

The more extreme line of GReddy Camshafts is the PRO series. With more radical Duration, LIft, Base Circle and Lobe Center, the PRO camshafts extract the maximum torque and power from a modified cylinder head. And by adjusting valve timing the tuner can optimize the powerband to suit there needs. The PRO series is designed for professional tuners seeking the maximum horsepower at higher RPMs, at the slight compromise at the lower RPM range, so additional valve train up grades may be required. The PRO Camshafts are sold indivisualy so the tuner can match a specific intake and exhaust profile for the a specific powerband.

Metal Head Gaskets

With higher boost pressure comes increased horsepower, this means increased cylinder pressure. High Capacity Oil Pan

Remote Control Unit - Suspension

The Damper Remote Controller enables users of GReddy Type-S suspension kits full control of suspension adjustments via an electronic interface inside the driver’s compartment. Key features include:

• 32-way suspension adjustment capability via electronic interface
• Ability to independently control front and rear shock damping settings
• Saves up to five (5) user-defined suspension-setting combinations—have multiple track settings ready with the press of a button!
• Security feature prohibits anyone without pass code from making adjustments to your live setting or saved settings
• Proprietary software monitors system for errors and alerts user of potential issues with trouble codes

The P-DRC uses a three-button interface to make adjustments: one button each for mode and function selection, and a rotary knob for scrolling. Simply select your mode using the mode button, adjust settings via the rotary knob and confirm your adjustments using the select button. Feedback is provided on a digital LED screen.

e-Manage

GReddy’s e-Manage is a cost effective programmable engine management system that allows you to properly tune your factory engine control without having to change the entire factory ECU system to an expensive "stand-alone" unit or the inconvenience of sending it out for a full ECU reprogram. The e-Manage system is a true universal "piggy-back" type unit that taps into most Japanese factory ECU wiring, by utilizing the vehicle’s existing sensors (or optional upgraded sensors if factory sensors are maxed out). The major benefit is the factory ECU settings become your "Base-MAP" for tuning. There is no need for extensive tuning for normal driving conditions, but does allow the tuner to fine tune, adjust for injector changes, and add new MAP(s) for situations the factory ECU is not capable of (like on-boost conditions). And as technological breakthroughs are achieved, we offer FREE updates via our greddy.com website’s Tech page. Basic functions will allow the tuner to slightly alter factory injector duty-cycle (± 20% at 5 preset RPM points) by intercepting and altering airflow or MAP sensor signals. An option for Honda VTEC cars will allow you to even adjust the VTEC shift point. Additional features are built into the system but are only accessible through the use of the e0-1, PRofec e-01 programmer or our PC-Windows based "e-Manage Support Tool" communication software (sold separately). There is a 16x16 airflow adjustment map, a maximum 50% larger main injector correction adjustment, upgrade air flow meter adjustment, boost limiter cut, anti-engine stall, VTEC-fuel adjustment, real-time map trace, real-time display, real-time communication and basic Data-logging. With the use of our "Optional Injector Harness" and the software, the unit has the ability to control an additional 16x16 injector duty cycle map and the controls for adding up to 2 additional sub-injectors. If the "Optional Ignition Harness" and the software are used the unit has the ability to control a 16x16 ignition timing map. All of the above maps can also be map-traced in real-time as well. If the factory range of map or airflow meter is surpassed, you can incorporate a larger airflow meter or our "Optional GReddy Pressure Sensor and Pressure Harness" to set larger scales of adjustment. All installation and tuning should only be made by a trained technician with proper air/fuel monitoring tools. (Some or all functions may not be compatible with some applications.)

e-Manage Utimate

The GReddy e-manage Ultimate is as close to a stand-alone management system as you can get while maintaining the best features of a "piggy-back" engine management; an economical price, the usage of existing sensors, the ability to easily alter factory settings and not having to tune from scratch. But unlike the original e-manage, the Ultimate is more refined, requiring specific application usage (which we are constantly adding application updates that you can download FREE via greddy.com, Tech WebPages.) The benefit of this is, the included PC-based USB "Ultimate Support Tool" allows for even finer tuning capabilities, improved flexibility in fuel & ignition control and adds impressive data-logging qualities to make tuning quicker and easier. The increased number of input and output ports of the Ultimate, along with new built-in adapters add many new options to the unit. In addition to standard e-manage airflow-based adjustments, the Ultimate version includes new and upgraded features. The Parameter Set-up, tab menu format of the Ultimate has improved direct Map control for adding and subtracting Fuel and Ignition. The ability to switch between 2 preset tuning Maps (i.e. Street or Race program) via externally mounted toggle switches. There are Maps for Individual cylinder adjustment for both Fuel and Ignition. There are also options to convert injection and ignition systems (i.e. group or sequential injection and group or individual fire ignition.) An Airflow Output Map option even allows for airflow meter elimination. And when used with a wideband A/F Meter, the Air Fuel Target Map can self-tune an Injector base tuning Map, to speed up initial tuning. There are also built-in Boost, Rev and Speed Limiter-Cut features. To create super smooth operation, there are various fine tuning Correction Maps to adjust for Throttle Acceleration, Vehicle Speed, Water Temp, Intake Temp, Auto Trans Shift, Anti Engine Stall, and Idle. To further aid in tuning, e-manage Ultimate’s improved integrated Monitoring, Map Tracing and Datalogging features far exceed any other piggyback controller on the market. Even when not connected to the software, 8 channels of datalogging (at 20msec intervals) can be recorded and stored to be reviewed later. With the Support Tool connected, over 30 channels can be covered. Other new features include: Improved RPM recognition, Warning Settings, Password Protection for individual tuning Maps, NVCS (Nissan), VTEC (Honda), O2 Feed-back, Clean Fouled Plugs, and numerous others in future updates. Ideal for optimizing and fine-tuning for performance products like Exhaust, Air Intake, Intercoolers, Boost Controllers, and Turbochargers, the e-manage Ultimate fills the gaps between conventional piggyback and expensive stand-alone engine managements. All installation and tuning should only be made by a trained technician with proper air/fuel monitoring tools. (Some or all functions may not be compatible with some applications.)

V-Manage

The V-Manage, Variable Valve Timing Controller was designed by GReddy engineers to take advantage of some of the modern technology OE Manufactures* are now commonly incorporating into their latest engines. Based on the intuitive controls, datalogging and Maps of the e-manage Ultimate software, a tuner with a laptop computer, can now alter the factory’s ECU control of valve-timing at any RPM and load to optimize power output and fuel economy. However by purchasing GReddy's application specific V-manage Kits, you can simply "plug & play." V-manage Kits, include the V-manage, CD software, Plug-in Harness with adapter, and Pre-programmed MAP to optimise cam timing for increase horsepower, toque, and boost response.

PRofec Boost Controllers

The ultimate in electronic boost control is incorporated in our multi-tasker, the PRofec e-01. Designed as a combination boost-controller, data display/logger and original e-manage programmer. The e-01 can provide superior boost response, increased boost, warning meter functions, 3 channel data-logging and access to programming features provided with the e-manage support tool. Even when used as a boost controller only, the e-01 has features to smooth out the boost curve. With both an auto and manual setting for both external and actuator style wastegates, the PRofec e-01 can alter its compact, high capacity solenoid valve via various RPM ranges. The large LCD screen with green electro-luminescent backlighting is easy to see. Other standard features include two preset boost levels, a timed over-take boost and compatibility with our Remote Switching System. The data display can view 3 different data channels simultaneously such as boost, RPM or any other channel inputted by the e-manage. The data can be logged up for 3 hours on an SD card while also giving warning set points and peak and hold values. There is also a non-PRofec e-01 version that is only used for e-manage programming and datalogging. (Some features require optional harness to be accessed.)

The PRofec B-Spec2 integrates all the basics of an electronic boost controller, with additional useful options. Use the built-in boost gauge (psi or kPa) to tune in a Lo. & Hi. SET % to raise the boost pressure, then optimize consistency and response with GAIN % and adjust the START GAIN to set initial wastegate response. Also built-in are optional: Warning point, Warning limiter, and peak & last boost record. Compatible with integral and external wastegates and our RSS or SCC’s optional speed trigger.

As easy to use as a manual boost controller, but with advanced electronic boost controller response, the PRofec Type-S keeps things simple. Two rotary switches select two independent boost setting (Lo. and a Hi.), while third, GAIN switch adjusts the wastegate’s valve response. Matched with a large capacity inline control solenoid, the Type-S works with both integral and external wastegate set-ups. It is also still compatible with our RSS or SCC.

Switches & Cut Controllers

Our Remote Switching System (RSS) allows the user hands-free modulation between high boost and low boost settings on either of our PRofec boost controllers. It can also be used as a momentary switch for nitrous, line lock, etc., when used with our optional voltage adapter kits.

GReddy’s Multi Switching System (MSS) is a two-channel programmable general output controller. The MSS is cockpit-mounted and wires into a vehicle’s ECU harness and/or optional GReddy sensors and the electronic devices you want to control. The MSS can control up to 2 separate electronic devices with the capability of turning on and off nitrous, solenoids, I/C-sprayers, warning lamps and many other electronic devices. Each channel can be programmed to activate through one, two or three parameters such as RPM, speed, temperature, boost or any other analog signal. With GReddy’s optional MSS Relay Kit, you can activate fuel pumps, electric fans and other higher drawing items. The multi color display can also monitor the inputted signals for peak-hold and warning values.

GReddy Boost Cut Controllers (BCC) allows the factory ECU limiters (or "fuel cut") to be eliminated electronically, by wiring the unit directly into the factory ECU harness. The Speed Cut Controller (SCC) eliminates factory speed cut off for most Nissans and Toyotas. An added feature for the SCC is it speed trigger feature that can be used to initiate switch (similar to our RSS) via a desired speed.

Turbo Timers

Designed to prolong the life of your turbocharge, while adding connivance. GReddy Full Auto Turbo Timers allow a vehicle to idle the engine for a timed period, with the ignition key removed. This conveniently allows the engine oil and turbo center cartridge to cool down properly and prolong turbo and oil life. This can be done by two standard programmable count down presets (P-1, P-2), or the GReddy Full Auto Timer can use it’s two auto timer modes (A-L, A-H). The modes estimate the driving RPM according to the vehicle's alternator signal and then recommend a count down time. A stopwatch/lap time and attack modes along with a built in voltmeter and speedometer are also standard features. Safety options for the parking brake and speedo hook-ups can be used to disengage operation if vehicle is attempted to be moved without the key. There are also optional easy to install plug-in adapter harnesses available for most Japanese turbo vehicles.

Informeters

Designed with a compact plug and play color LCD display, the Informeter allows you to monitor, set warning points and datalog your vehicles performance though it's own On Board Diagnostic sensors. Select through important signals like Speed, Tach, Temps, Air Flow, Voltage, etc. (up to 25 channels depending on application), to monitor. The easy to use navigation menu allows you to select between various screens and displays: Digital, Analog or Bar Graph and 2ch, 3ch, or 6ch screens. You can also set warning points and pre-warning points, which will alert you with audible and visual highlights of important readings. Datalog up to 6 channels of data, and replay them. This is great for tuning. In addition to being functional the Informeter is also infinitely fashionable. Seamless changes in backlighting color, GReddy signature wall papers and colored backgrounds, along with a clear bezel to install colored face plates or even custom face plates, offer a endless options to match any vehicles interior. Type R Suspension Kits

GReddy Type R suspension systems feature a double-adjustable damping mechanism that delivers 32 positions of damping compression and rebound adjustability each way, thanks to a large port on the piston with a specially designed needle valve. Users are able to independently adjust height without altering piston stroke via threaded collars that enable fine millimeter adjustments. This feature allows users to modify spring pre-load independent of ride height adjustments. The culmination of these engineering efforts is a suspension system with broad tuning characteristics that provide sufficient damping force even below 0.1 m/s of compression motion, smooth overall damping and the ability to tune them for virtually any track surface.  
     Each Type R strut features a thin-walled steel case for the optimum balance of strength (stiffness) and light weight. A lightweight external forged aluminum reservoir undergoes hard metal surface treatment to withstand abrasion and enables the system to increase damping fluid displacement while maintaining low gas pressure for a broad spectrum of damping capability.  This range of dampening even allows for adjustability for street driving.  Type R shock absorbers feature a mono-tube piston design and are larger than stock (46mm) for incredible stability, even during high-speed acceleration and transitions. The Type R system’s adjustable pillow-ball mount replaces the stock rubber mount to reduce flex in between the chassis and suspension mounting points and provide for camber/caster adjustment for improved traction.

Type S Suspension Kits

Strut Tower Bars

Suspension upgrades such as high performance springs, shocks and tires can add additional stress to the chassis resulting in additional chassis flex. GREX Strut Tower Braces improve chassis rigidity and reduce this flex. Front Spoilers are the first point to receive airflow resistance; the design of the front spoiler determines the final handling of the vehicle.
