Super Sport kits provide aggressive drivers with substantially stiffer spring rates and some of the lowest fitments available for street cars without the expenses involved with coil over’s.  Super Sport springs lower vehicles 2.25”-2.5”, providing race car looks with handling to match. All Super Sport kits are made with the same quality material and design standards used with our sport lowering spring kits. Super Sport lowering springs are designed to be used with a good quality sport shocks which we offer separately or as part of our complete suspension kits.  Minor modifications for tire clearance or camber kits may be required.
INTRAX Super Sport kits radically improve you vehicles handling by lowering the center of gravity.  This combined with the stiffer progressive spring rates helps reduce squat, body roll and nose dive.  It also increases the speed at which weight can be transferred onto the tires to increase the traction available.  All of this produces the proverbial “On Rails” feeling we all search for.  INTRAX Super Sport springs are available for select models and offered with a limited lifetime warranty.

The Intrax ARS concept was developed as an uncompromised coil-over system for street and performance use. The ARS system enables the customer to easily adjust the front and rear ride height, via a specially designed exterior thread. This allows the customer to achieve the exact ride height they need or desire.  Intrax has designed the ARS system around our IRS modular motorsports program. Our extensive knowledge gained from some 20 years of professional racing has been incorporated into  our systems design.  Don’t be fooled by other manufacturers claims or involvement in motorsports, at best they provided stickers and maybe a set of springs.  Our founder has personally competed and won races in everything from WRC to American LeMans.  He even provided Audi with their first professional win in  the US in the A4 Audi Quattro with a 1st place in sport touring  at the 12 hours of Sebring.   We are the only Suspension company that offers setup consulting to teams and individuals.  What does this mean?? Simple; Just better designs and value over our competitors.
The Intrax ARS coil-over shocks are of a Dual-Tube design. All Intrax ARS coil-over’s are pressurized with the inert gas known as Nitrogen, between 4 and 8 bar of pressure. That’s 4 to 8 times the pressure exerted on your body right now. This helps maintain consistent dampening at the most extreme piston shaft speeds. Intrax ARS coil-over’s also feature a large diameter specially heat-treated steel body which is chromium platted to protect it from the elements. The utilization of high strength alloy steel not only provides a higher tensile strength than “Trendy” Stainless Steel and Aluminum, but also is also responsible for the thermal stability required under the most demanding of conditions. The Intrax ARS dual tube design allows for the separation of the bump and rebound stack.  This provides more precise control and a quicker reaction time of the internal valves to each of these events.  In addition the Intrax ARS system features robust piston rods on both our Mac Pherson struts and shocks. This creates a large displacement difference between the compression and rebound stroke allowing for better low speed dampening characteristics. Intrax can provide small runs for private label based on the customer’s needs.

The INTRAX Sport Suspension System also known as SSS, is a complete Spring and Shock solution for your ride.  We have taken the guess work out of choosing, by actually matching our shock absorbers to the springs and the vehicle they were designed for.  This provides superior handling and a comfortable ride while providing the look we’re famous for, LOWERED.  This is a great alternative to the expense of Coil-Over’s, while being a major step up from just lowering your car.
Our design process includes extensive road testing, both in Europe and the US.  The shock dampening has been modified for our rougher roads to smooth out the bumps while eliminating the noise often associated with coil-over setups.  We are continuously developing new sets all the time.  If we don’t offer your combination now, you can be sure we will soon.

The installation of any Intrax lowering kit requires that the vehicle’s alignment be checked and reset. Depending on the year, make, mileage and general condition of the vehicle, a camber kit may be required to return the vehicle to within factory specifications. Correcting a vehicles camber to factory specifications ensures even and proper tire wear. In some cases, an Intrax camber adjustment kit may be used by an enthusiast to modify his camber setting for a more aggressive or race setting.  Intrax offers a variety of camber correction kits, including complete replacement Aluminum control arms, to simple eccentric camber bolts. These kits provide as much as -2 to +5.00 of adjustment, which will vary by application.  These kits are engineered and produced so they can also be used in motorsport.  With their extended range of adjustment, they allow for aggressive settings and high strength that our competitors cant equal.

Our Honda and Acura rear lower arms are designed to allow wider tire and wheel combinations.  Manufactured from billet aluminum, and available in motorsports Red or Blue and subtle Silver, they are shorter but not adjustable while offering a significant weight savings.  They should be paired with our upper camber arms and our toe adjuster kits to take full advantage of their unique design.
We also offer some unique tools for the advanced do-it-yourselfer or our dealers.  Our New Adjustable Camber /Caster gauge measures up to +/- 4 degrees of Camber and -4 to +12 degrees of Caster.  Can be used with our optional Toe adapters to provide simple but accurate field adjustments of the Toe.  Also New is our Adjustable Ride Height gauge, available in two designs.  The first allow for the measurement between 3” to 7”, while the second measures between ½” to 4 ½”.  Easy to read with an accurate display, these have been pre – calibrated at our factory to provide many years of service.
